- Check Your Spam: Email providers are getting better with eliminating spam, but sometimes they are overly protected. There is a chance that your invitation went to your spam box.

Gmail Users Check Your Promotion Box And Other Folders: Gmail is very protective and strict about the emails you receive. You must check your promotion box and other folders as your invitation email may end up there.

Ensure You Used The Correct Email Address To Purchase: Your invitation email will be sent to whatever email address you used to purchase your program. If you typed it in wrong, you will not receive it. You should also receive a receipt for your purchase. If you did not receive a receipt, you may have typed in the wrong email address.

Send Us An Email Only After You've Tried All Of The Above: If you tried all of the above steps and still do not receive your invitation email (it should come within ten minutes of purchase), then email us at support@judgeanthony.net and we will get you squared away. You can also email us if you believe, after investigation that you entered the wrong email address at the time of purchase.
